Over 90% of potential home buyers cannot visualize how to furnish a space, therefore, having the home professionally staged will help your buyer out and they tend to spend more time in a staged home as well. Especially in today’s popular open floor plans, staging really takes the guess work out of how to define each space. When home buyers see a home furnished, not only does it provide a visual for how to furnish the home, but it gives them a reference on what size furniture will fit.  A furnished home also tugs on your emotions the instant you walk in.  You want your property to feel like “home” and welcome your buyer to make that offer!

To stage a vacant home, we will view your property (either in person or on-line) and provide you with a few options to stage key rooms.  This gives you the opportunity to choose a package that works for your budget.  Prices will vary based on the number and size of rooms.  We require a 3 room/area minimum for this service.
